Where the Money Goes

100% of the proceeds from this store go to Phil Cheney.

What "proceeds" means. For each sale, we take the price you pay and subtract:

1. The cost to print the item and ship it to you.
2. Payment processing fees. (2.9% + $0.30)
3. A nominal platform fee to Equipoise, the service that runs this store. (1% + $0.05)

Everything left goes to Phil. Phil receives a statement every month that lists each of these amounts.

About the art. Every design in this store is Phil's own work. Phil owns the copyright to all of the images, and he has licensed the store to print and sell them. Buying a product gives you the item itself, not the right to copy, reproduce or resell the artwork. For licensing or other uses, email logdove@gmail.com.

Not a tax-deductible donation. This store is run by Mindtonic Inc. dba Phil Cheney Art, which is not a 501(c)(3) charity. Your purchase supports Phil directly, but it is a purchase, not a charitable donation, and it can't be deducted from your taxes.
