Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly, so changes are only possible for a short time.

Within 12 hours of ordering: email support@equipoi.se with your order number. We can change the size, color or shipping address, or cancel the order for a full refund.

After 12 hours: your order may already be in production. Once it is, we can't change or cancel it. If something arrives damaged or misprinted, see Returns and Refunds.
